Reservation Policies

• Room delivery time is 14:00. and the evacuation of the room is at 12 o'clock. If the guest extends his stay from 14:00 to 18:00, 50% of the cost of one night will be charged. Leaving after the announced time includes a full charge.

• The reservation is only valid if the full price is paid for the requested number of nights and the tracking ID is obtained from the site. It is emphasized that the confirmation of the guest's reservation depends on obtaining the tracking code by the system, this code will be announced to the guest when the deposit process is finalized and the reservation will be finalized after full payment.

• The recipient of the reservation accepts all the items mentioned regarding the conditions and rules of the hotel reservation.

• The reservation taker has read and is aware of the reservation cancellation rules.

• In case of non-compliance with the rules stated on the site, the hotel will not be responsible for refunding the money.

Cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation must be announced by sending a cancellation request to the same email address registered when booking.

• The penalty for canceling reserved rooms up to 72 hours before the guest's arrival is subject to a 2% penalty.

• Cancellation penalty for reserved rooms 48 hours before arrival is 50%, 24 hours before guest's arrival, the cost of one night of reserved rooms and if announced on the day of stay, the total amount of the reserved amount will be charged.

• Crimes of reserved rooms, if there is no request to cancel the reservation and the guests do not show up in the rooms, equivalent to one night in the number and type of rooms requested, the total cost will be charged to the guest's account.

• Reduction of reserved rooms will also be subject to the above regulations and crimes.

• If the cancellation of the reservation includes the terms of refund, the deposit amount will be returned within seven administrative days with the coordination of the financial unit.

Internal rules of the hotel:

• The documents required by Iranian guests for admission are: original birth certificate, original passport or original national card. Organizational cards, certificates, end of service cards, etc. are not acceptable.

• The document required for accepting foreign guests is the original passport along with visa and Iran entry stamp with validity and expiration date.

• It should be noted that in order to accept Iranian couples, one of the couples must have a birth certificate. The second person can be accepted with a national card or passport.

• The promissory note must have a prominent seal of the judiciary.

• All guests are required to comply with Islamic customs and internal hotel rules.

• If the guest causes damage to the hotel's property, the cost of the damage is assumed to be the responsibility of the hotel and the guest is required to pay the expert's fee.
